Your renewal ledger stays yours.
This page describes the data handling implemented in Tallymark. It is not legal advice.
What Tallymark stores
Tallymark stores your account identity, subjects, tracked item names and dates, item notes, reminder schedules, and reminder-send audit records. Uploaded PDFs, JPEGs, and PNGs are kept as private document bytes associated with your account and item; they are not published as public files.
Tallymark may retain first-touch campaign and referrer attribution — including the landing page, referrer, UTM parameters, and GCLID — with your account for acquisition measurement. That record is included in your account export and deleted with Tallymark-owned account data when you delete your account.
Reminders and billing
Reminder emails are sent through the company email transport when a scheduled reminder is due. Tallymark records whether an attempt was sent, paused, or needs retrying. Paid checkout uses a hosted Stripe flow through Polsia payment infrastructure. Tallymark stores subscription status, plan, period, checkout identifiers, and payment-event metadata; it does not store card details.
Access and deletion
Account data is scoped to the signed-in account. You can download a JSON export from Profile, including private document content encoded in the file. You can request deletion from Profile by typing the confirmation phrase and entering your password. An active subscription must be resolved before deletion so recurring billing is not orphaned; successful deletion removes Tallymark-owned rows and the authentication account through the installed auth flow.
Support
The landing-page contact form prepares an email to tallymarktech@polsia.app. It opens your mail client and does not send a message until you approve it.
