Terms

Use Tallymark as a careful ledger.

These plain-language terms describe the current product and do not replace professional advice.

What the service does

Tallymark lets an account holder organize subjects, track documents with expiry dates, store private attachments, and receive a fixed 90 / 60 / 30 / 14 / 7-day email reminder chain. You are responsible for the dates, documents, renewal decisions, and actions taken outside Tallymark.

Account and content

Keep your sign-in details private and only upload documents you are authorized to store. Do not use Tallymark to upload unlawful material or to expose another person’s private information. Tallymark may retain audit records needed to keep reminder and document history coherent until the account is deleted.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions created through hosted checkout. The plan and amount are selected by Tallymark’s server-side catalog, and access to a paid item limit depends on a verified provider status. Existing items are not deleted when a plan changes; new active-item creation is limited by the current verified plan.

No professional or compliance guarantee

Tallymark is an organizational tool. It does not provide legal, regulatory, insurance, tax, or compliance advice, and using it does not create a compliance guarantee. Verify requirements with the relevant professional, agency, insurer, or contract counterparty.

Support and account deletion

Support is available through the contact handoff on the landing page. You may export and delete your account from Profile. An active subscription must be resolved before deletion; this protects against leaving a recurring charge without an account owner.
